During my recent stay, I appreciated the efficient housekeeping service, which kept my room both tidy and comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the heat, ensuring I could unwind after a day exploring. The hotel's terrace and garden area provided a tranquil space to relax and soak in the surroundings, although I felt it could use a bit more attention for upkeep. Wi-Fi access was reliable throughout the hotel, making it easy to share my wildlife conservation stories from the heart of Nairobi. While the amenities lean more towards luxury, the overall experience felt appropriately priced given the level of service and comfort provided.
